San Vito Lo Capo

Along a coast wild of beauty is situated the town of San Vito Lo Capo, well kwown for its never-ending beach and its Caribbean sea, offering a fascinating historical city centre, full of marks of Arabic culture, as well as a wide seafront, wich becomes a very boulevard crode with colours and sounds of any kind during summer.

Not to miss the historical and naturalistic attractions of its environs, from the reserve Parco dello Zingaro to Mount Cofano, from the Museum of the Sea (Museo del Mare) of San Vito to the Museum of the Punic Ship (Museo della nave punia) of Marsala.

San Vito Lo Capo and North Africa are strongly bound. You can tell from people’s faces, their songs, and custom, not to mention their couscous, which is a typical dish of the area of Trapani, to which an entire festival is dedicated.

The cous cous fest, in fact, is a well-known international and worldwide event.
